4 Ingredient Pancakes

Jump to Recipe

Whenever I have bananas on hand I love making these easy pancakes for breakfast! They are fast and the kiddos love them. I also included how I decorate them for Easter if you want to make these fun pancakes for your kiddos!

For this recipe you will need 2 mashed bananas, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour (or all purpose), and 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda. I mix all these ingredients in a bowl and I take 1/4 cup fulls of batter and pour onto a medium hot cast iron skillet with coconut oil. You can also cook them over butter.

To make these for Easter I make a regular sized pancake then I make 2 small oval sized pancakes for bunny feet. I then take a strawberry and slice it in half to use for the feet. I also use chocolate chips as the toes (you can get creative and use blueberries as well). I then use whip cream for the bunny tail.
