Meet Mariely!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Raising The Ruths! I am a mom of 2 amazing little girls who are 16 months apart and a wife to an awesome husband! I discovered natural living and food when I became a mom. I started to question everything that I was using on my kids as well as everything I was feeding them. I ended up doing a lot of research and learning how many flaws are in our food system. I realized I had to make a lot of things homemade in order for them to be up to my expectations. I am excited to share with you wholesome and natural recipes and meal planning/prepping to help you and your family live a healthier life that is not compromised of flavor!
