Blueberry Muffins
Naturally sweetened with honey, fluffy, and delicious these blueberry muffins are the perfect treat! Have them for breakfast and you can also freeze them to have for future use!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In a stand mixer add in the honey or maple syrup as well as the butter. Beat until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs as well the vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder and beat until combined.
  4. Gradually add in the flour along with the milk and mix until combined. Do not over mix just mix until everything is fully blended.
  5. Add in the blueberries and fold it into the mixture using a rubber spatula.
  6. Prepare a muffin pan by either greasing it or adding in liners and fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full with batter and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
