Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are a staple in my house. Everyone loves them. With all the cookie recipes out there it is hard to figure out which one to use. I have experimented with many different recipes and these are by far the best ones I have made. The best part is that they use coconut sugar vice brown sugar. Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index and also has some nutrients! You can’t even taste the difference! I won’t bore you with the details on how I came upon making these but if you do try them I hope you love them! The big factors are bigger balls of dough and letting them cook at a lower temperature for longer. Hope you enjoy!
