Foil packet dinners are so great and so easy! Minimal dishes and minimal hands on cooking time! You can grill them or bake in the oven! I like to bake them in the oven for an easy and delicious weeknight dinner! I recommend using a sirloin steak but I have used cut ribeye as well and it is equally as delicious!
Smoked Paprika Steak and Potato Foil Packets
The Smoked Paprika seasoning adds such great flavor to the steak and potatoes! These foil packets are made in the oven and they are so quick and easy! Perfect busy weeknight dinner!
Cut the steak into cubes. The smaller the cubes the more well done the larger the cubes the more rare. I like to cut mine into 3-4 inch pieces.
Cut up the potatoes. I usually quarter mine.
Grab a medium bowl and add the cut up steaks and the potatoes. Then add in all your seasonings and the olive oil.
Mix with your hands so that everything is nice and covered with the seasonings and the olive oil.
Grab four sheets of aluminum foil about 12X12 inches each.
Evenly divide the steak and potatoes between the foil packets and seal them up.
Bake the packets on a baking sheet at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. If you like some char on your steaks then once cooked open up the foil packets and broil for about 2-3 minutes. Making sure to watch closely so you don't burn anything.
